This is a new facility with new equipment. I transferred to this location from the Venice. Mainly because, it was newer and less likely to have equipment “out of order “. Well ironically enough, the seated leg curl machine has be down now for at least three weeks. The staff keeps telling me that they are waiting on the repair vendor to show up. Great gym no questions!
I had an issue and made multiple attempts to contact the manager, but was unable to reach them. I called three times, and each time I was given different excuses. Additionally, the class was canceled due to an upcoming inspection. This level of communication and handling of the situation is very unprofessional.
