Went to this location for the first time, after scanning in, the lady at the front desk immediately told me I was not a black card member which meant I didn't have access to the facility. I didn't rebuttal because I was not a 100% sure if that was correct, so I left. To my surprise I am actually a black card member and have been since I started going to the gym. I would like to believe this was a mistake.
Excellent Planet Fitness location. Please check it out yourself. The staff is very caring and does what they can to help members solve issues. The facility is clean and has lots of new equipment. The environment is calm.
