I’m a Planet Fitness member and visited the Harker Heights on August 16 2026. While I was in the lobby, seated and using my computer (there are chairs/tables to sit on), staff member identifying as "Rico" approached me and told me to leave the lobby. I asked what rule I was violating and where it’s posted, but I didn’t receive a clear or specific policy, only vague answers and that management couldn’t be reached. I really like this location! I come in the evening, and I’m always greeted warmly by Rhi and Isabella. I was experiencing tech issues with my account, and the two were able to help resolve with no problem! It’s a pleasure to be treated with great customer service, especially nowadays. 10/10, would recommend!

I would've gave 5 stars but hubby said the men's showers had no water pressure. He is very irritated about it.

While working out on Smith machine. A manager was was vacuuming in and around the machine while I was working out no excuse me nothing just expecting me a paying customer to get out of his way. So sad. 8 times this month this happened same guy.

This gym in Harker Heights is outstanding! It's always clean and has a great atmosphere. The employees are great. Special shout out to Isabella and Rhiannon, employees of the year!
