Brand new machine not working. It resets after 1 minute. Another club member told me it's been reported 3 times without response. Did as requested by owner below. Waiting for a response 7/14 Still waiting for a response from your team 7/16
Good machines but no hand sanitizer anywhere except at front desk. There should be hand sanitizer available throughout the gym. Machines feel sticky even after wiping it down. Super strict on rules like bags on the floor that they even interrupted me while working out to tell me and then suggested to put my stuff in the locker rooms even after admitting there have been a lot of theft lately. Worst experience at a planet fitness in comparison to others.
Its ok at best. Lots of space and limited machines. Example, 1 pec deck machine no esta bueno
Good gym clean and updated equipment...But there is NO scale???
It was bad enough when they made all the lighting walk in freezer lighting but for them to remove the 30 min circuit machines which were the only ones I used to put two useless pieces of equipment that only advanced gym users know how to use is the last straw. Cancelled my membership and going to LA
