Almost 2 months!!! No solution I am calling them almost 2 months I can say 10 times I have billing issue They said manager will call you Kevin Or Alex I can’t talked with them because they are not there They always they will call me back but no one is calling me And I cancelled my account I have cancellation e-mail They are telling me I have active account but I try and I don’t have access for another account Anyways I hope they can see this review and contact with me

Please train your staff so that they are all on the same page. All these people back there and not one seems to be trained in handling customer confusion. I clearly don’t work there so if a rule has changed, it’s helpful to be explained rather than rushed to do something. First time I brought a guest this year, I was asked to use the iPad. Unbearable front desk. Was confused because the process for registering as a guest was different than last time and I was interrogated about who helped me by 4 different employees, when all I stated was that I was thrown off by the different process being implemented within 7 days of my last session here.
