Friendly staff & clean
I give this 4 stars because I like the gym equipment itself and some of the employees are very kind and helpful. However, the water tastes like mold, and I am hoping that this issue is rectified as soon as possible. I am told that it is the building manager, and not Planet Fitness who is responsible for the water, but I still think that it needs to be fixed ASAP
Doors were locked on 7/12/25 at 6:25pm. I couldn’t get in despite gym closing at 7pm.
I signed up for a membership before this gym even opened, excited to have a reasonably priced option downtown. Although I never ended up using my membership, about a year ago, I decided to try their tanning services before my usual July 4th beach trip, as I remembered Planet Fitness offered tanning services. Staff members are very rude over the phone for some reason. Sometimes they will answer the phone and not even say “hello”, they will just pick up the phone and wait for you to start talking. They also have terrible attitudes. Yall need to do better with this because it is extremely unprofessional.
