Aside from the leg curl machines both being down for weeks, I visited this location at around 5:30 PM on a Tuesday and the staff at the desk was rude, unprofessional and inattentive. After a work out I went to purchase a protein shake. I struggled to open the fridge doors as whoever previously opened the fridge had closed it incorrectly. I was horrified to discover fecal matter smeared inside a bathroom stall during my visit. Shockingly, as of Monday, April 14, 2025, it still had not been cleaned up despite being reported. For a gym that advertises itself as a clean, judgment-free zone for workouts, this is a serious health hazard that shows extremely poor maintenance and staff oversight.
