They took my money after I canceled and the guy basically told me to get bent and that his boss doesn’t care. Worst customer service I’ve come by.
Very clean, Equipment clean and functioning properly. Very pleasant staff.
once again, Planet Fitness is excellent specially for the price and the Commack version has even more machines and facilities than any facility that I’ve seen so far.
Horrible!!!! Poorly run, teenagers managing an adult facility, and in this gym a water bottle is allowed to hold your spit on a machine. How amazing is that? Most unprofessional gym I have ever been to.
My portable charger fell into the stair master and one of the guys working there kindly lifted the stair master up and helped me retrieve it.
