I'm a fairly new member at Planet Fitness. This is the second location I've been to and this location is excellent. It's clean, well lit, the music isn't blasting, I didn'tcome across anything that was broken (these were issues at the first location I went to). The bathrooms, locker room, showers, are clean and overall very good. Saw a review about the hot water-- it took a couple of minutes but I just waited, figured it had to get from the hot water tank to the spigot. A ton of clean, new equipment. Excellent!
The guy at the front desk helped me so much, i have a new phone, don't even know how to use it, and he set up the wifi for me. Give that kid a raise please. Don't know his name, white dude, wrist bracelets. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
