Theres a few employees improperly telling members that they have to switch home gyms after 10 visits at their location and that’s against corp policy and false. I’ve been a planet member for almost 13 years and this is the most militant location I’ve ever been to. It’s just not the laid back vibe all the rest have. It’s strange and not fun.

Use to go to this gym. I’m their favorite customer, I don’t go at all. It’s just like any other cheap gym. Catches where you don’t expect them. Went to freeze services to prevent overdraft bill(my bad). Was told the bill cycle will happen in the next week anyways. I showed them works comp adjuster email because no Dr note per their policy and disappointed that freezing doesn’t prevent billing.
