I love the place overall. But i wish they took more care of the women bathroom. I’ve noticed a lot of uncleanliness in the stalls and showers. There’s hair everywhere in the showers and the back of the toilets be dirty. If i didn’t have Lysol spray i wouldn’t feel comfortable using the bathroom
I signed up for a membership two years ago, and I can't cancel it; when I go to the branch, they tell me to call customer service, and when I call customer service, they tell me to go to the branch. For two years, they’ve kept an automatic membership active on my account without my consent, and today they charged an extra $52—claiming it was an annual fee. They are a total scam of a company.
