It was okay; however, the planet fitness employees don’t do anything at all. All they do is stand at the front desk and play on their cellphone. They should be cleaning the machines because they are filthy. They should be putting the weights and the equipment in place where it belongs, instead they just stand at the front desk on their cellphone. They don’t greet you when you come in and the don’t say goodbye when you leave because their head is in their cellphone. These employees need to be fired effective immediately.

They are just scammers. They didn’t let me to cancel my membership one year ago. And I just came after one year to cancel it; however, they said they can’t it I don’t know for what reason.
