Unprofessional. Cancelled my membership 8 months ago and still getting billed. I was told a month ago that they can see that i’m still being billed even though it is cancelled and would issue a refund once they spoke to hire ups. None of that was done. Called again and no care no help.
The employee Cory is a very friendly and helpful guy, good vibes at this location.

This place has been “under construction” forever! Half the gym is shut down. They’re not offering to refund half your gym fees though.
Nice Planet Fitness. Great staff and people. Clean, plenty of equipment and amenities.
