Everything you need to get fit
Not a bad place to workout. They have an abundance of treadmills and ellipticals. I wish they had an Arc Trainer like they have in Cranberry Twp and in Gibsonia but they have some elliptical machines that are easier on your knees which is good but it still doesn’t replace the glider. There is plenty of parking unlike in Gibsonia. They don’t have trainers like in Cranberry Twp which isn’t a great thing. Was visiting a friend in town and decided to go to the gym. This location is much smaller than my own. But it still had everything I need. I went on a Sunday so it wasn't very crowded. The girl working the desk was extremely helpful with helping me to check a friend in. I was a bit surprised that they do things a little old school. I am a black card member and in my location they have a computer that you log in for.. at this location they use a clipboard. I guess I'm a little spoiled for my location and Hermitage...
