I joined Planet Fitness McCandless shortly after it opened. Never having belonged to a PF, I wrongly thought this was what all PF facilities were like. While on vacation I visited a PF that was not remotely close to the standards set by the McCandless PF. The facility was not clean, the equipment was in disrepair, and I saw no staff when I carded in. Nice clean facilities & equipment.
Equipment is in good shape, staff are friendly and helpful. It's too bad it's not 24 hours still (especially on the weekend) but for the price this is an excellent place to work out.
A nice friendly staffed gym. Very clean. I was a crunch member for year but it went downhill fast. I would have given a 5 star but it is turning into a crunch atmosphere with the phone usage of mostly young members texting, facebook,and phone conversations while on the machines. I done mind waiting for the machine being used, but not waiting for you to get done using your phone. They need to control this better.
