Really disappointed today by the lack of care and professionalism of the female staff here. I usually see staff standing behind the front counter checking us in and greeting guests as we enter. But today was a different vibe. The female employee was just relaxing at the front table chatting away on her phone. I figured she was on break and I didn't want to interrupt her call to ask a questions, so I just did my workout.
