I've been a member for several years. My comment is specifically for general management. Please promote Angie within your organization. She has a strong commitment to customer service, and, in my opinion, has the capacity to be senior level corporate management within your organization. I can always be assured that when I see her at the desk, the gym is spotless, and staff are doing their best to maintain high standards. She is certainly the epitome of what all of your employees should emulate.

The gym and locker room facilities are all very clean. I have to use a handicap shower and it was set up perfectly. There are plenty of machines to go around. Even when it's busy it doesn't seem crowded, sweaty or stuffy like some gyms I've been to in the past. Great variety of machines both cardio and circuit training as well as separate rooms for pilates, yoga and classes. They do offer a variety of free classes. I really enjoy going to Planet Fitness in Plymouth. It is my go-to when I need to supplement my fitness classes and avoid inclement weather. It’s also very comfortable and clean. A big Thank You to Angie, Cameron and the entire staff for being so nice and helpful!
