Would give 5 stars, but the cold showers in the women's bathroom have been torture the entire month I've been a member. C'mon...get it together!! If this was in the men's room, it would've been fixed the first day!
I’ve been attending Planet Fitness for quite sometime now and there is one person who works there that deserves recognition and that person is name is Courtney. Every time I witness her, she seems very attentive to what she is doing ensuring things are completely clean. She is very thorough in what she and she exhibits an exceptional attitude towards everyone!
Planet Fitness quality can be spotty. This is a good one.
