Have been going to this place for years and recently I cancelled my membership in person 3 months ago they charged me the month after I cancelled it and said they would take care of it and then I got charged again the manager Ninif was ignoring me all day and the guy that works there Mike was planing games telling me she’s busy out on break etc so I had someone else call and ask to speak to the manager and they said she left lol I just got off the phone with Mike 5 min prior and he said she was busy so yeah a lot of lying an... read more
