I've been to at least 10 planet fitnesses, and they all seem to be very pleasant and say hello to you and goodbye when you walk it. It's very welcoming. Except this one. Jason at the front desk ignores everyone and has a rude attitude with people at the gym while cleaning. He seems to have control over everyone else at the front desk because when he is at the front desk, no one says hi. When he's not at the front desk, the other employees say hi to customers. Terrible gym and experience. Staff and guest are extremely inconsiderate and do not care about the gym equipment, etiquette or members. After reading MULTIPLE reviews, it seems many people have issues with the rude staff. The staff is terrible to its members, especially if you question something about the gym. There is legal binding language saying I am responsible for all injuries including if it was caused by a contractor or third party.
