There is no one to help with customer service issues. The person I spoke to on the phone stated that she would leave the manager my contact information and maybe he will call me back because he is very busy with meetings and running other Planet fitness.
One of the employees, Jason, cleans in the middle of the busy morning! Every single week. And tells people off when they ask to use the weights. Nobody is trying to be rude but he flips out every time. He’s done it to me, I’ve seen him do it to others.
Kid takes the barbell weights off the rack to clean them at 8am in the morning when everyone is trying to use them. Then he puts them on multiple benches instead of the floor taking up several benches. It’s ridiculous. Every day he’s in everyone’s way. Doesn’t think to do it at a less busy time and out of the way, not taking several benches. Jason is the worst employee I’ve ever seen.
