The best gym i have been too in the lehigh valley. The staff are all friendly and kind. The gym sanitary and always operational. I feel comfortable working out here as a female. Great price for monthly membership as well.

The gym is pretty well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'm disappointed because I wanted to freeze my membership for a couple months, after being a member here for 2.5 years, and they wouldn't allow it since I don't have a medical reason. Yet other PFs (most, apparently) do allow members to freeze their memberships for any reason. The restrictions on freezing are apparently defined by individual franchisees.
