Bad management,took to much money out my account,when I talk to the manager she was rude,now when I call back they say the manager not there,still haven’t got my money back yet

This is the worst shipper I ever had since 2018 I get there 11:00 am July 22 and I am here until next day July 23 3:30 am for only pick up waiting for check in, it took me more than 2hours sitting here no one shows up I had bad experience this shipper very very bad people not friendly people at all
