Came in today for work from out of town and was greated by the most beautiful smile I have seen in day. Maddison was there from the first second to make sure I was able to check in, got me my masage chair tokens and even provided me with a towel to shower after my workout. I have no idea where you find these fantastic employees but wherever it is you sure do have that figured out with perfection!

I used to love this gym…. But it’s horrible now!! They took out the majority of the regular weightlifting equipment and replaced it with Olympic racks and free weights that most of the people I see on them don’t even know how to use correctly. This is not a bodybuilding gym and the owners need to take note of that and bring back the regular equipment or else they are going to lose a lot of customers!!

The new equipment is great but you have definitely deleted a part of the gym that is extremely valuable to those who need it for stretching and doing work on a mat. You have completely eliminated your stretching room and observing people who were looking to go in there to use it today, I believe it will be missed by more than just me. A poor decision. It's fine but there are definitely better planet fitness. The layout makes no sense. Machines seem to be overly crowded and packed together some places but very spread out in others. Some gyms have spots just for stretching or have upper/lower body machines grouped together but this one seems to just have all the machines thrown together randomly. It's really hard to navigate

I've been coming to this gym for just over 3 years and It sounds dumb, but it has genuinely changed my life. My physical fitness is a given change, but really It's the staff I want to shout out. Especially PJ. everytime he sees me he always says hi, and is willing to have a genuine conversation with me. He also introduces new staff and makes me feel connected to the gym like a family. The gym Itself is also upkept very well! Anyone thinking about coming to this gym, I couldn't recommend it more!
