They refused to let my black card guest in at the front desk while I was in the gym. Harassed and belittled him about not being able to use the gym when I’m not there… when I was in the gym. Why do I pay $25/month if I’m not allowed to use my guest pass? Absolutely ridiculous; under and poorly staffed. Go to another planet fitness
The gym looks great after the renovation. The staff was friendly and helpful. Chad was awesome.
