It's ok. It's clean. Staff are friendly. Never too busy. Very consistent planet fitness experience.
Bathroom consistently dirty. Water all over the floor in bathroom. Music played too loud so that one can't use their ear buds without ear damage. Some staff very polite. Others are rude
I called today to inquire about an introductory visit. I asked about the free day pass on the PF app, and was told Eureka manager does not accept the free pass on the app. This is very unprofessional, and I plan to call the PF headquarters during business hours to find out if this common. I was told when I called the Eureka PF to buy a day pass or a membership. Sounds unprofessional that the app free pass would not be accepted to be introduced to a free day visit. Nice location and fairly clean staff is a bit goofy though as I’ve traveled all over the US and the this is the first and only location that I’ve been to where they enforce a 10 day limit if this isn’t your home location with a black card. If more locations acted like they do I would immediately cancel my membership
Black card is so worth being able to use all the black card lounge services!
