The staff stand around and talk or stare at you. The tanning bed areas are so disgusting. They don't even tan you. The staff act like they know which ones are the best but you need people in there that actually tan and know for themselves how they truly tan. Bc they don't know. The bulbs never get changed out. If they do it seems like they just replace one bulb as it blows with no telling how long the other bulbs have been in the same tanning bed. I pay for this membership and hundreds of others.
