I wish I could give negative stars to this place. The management is unprofessional, disorganized, and completely unwilling to take accountability. I have automatic payments set up and even provided two alternative forms of payment, yet they somehow wait until after the due date to process payments and then create issues with your account. Instead of helping customers, the staff acts dismissive and incompetent whenever concerns are raised. I have been a planet fitness black card holder for 6+ years with the Shakopee location being my favorite since joining. I myself have brought a gallon jug with a press on top with me for over 1,000 workouts, worn jeans for dozens of workouts, worn boots for dozens of workouts, and have filmed dozens of my workouts many of which I have “loudly grunted,” drops weights, and not wiped down equipment throughout with not a word said to me in any of these workouts besides being told to have a nice day as I left after each of these ... read more

Clean .... And the staff are fantastic... love it here
