On July 2nd at 2:30 in the morning, I had to wait an excessive amount of time just to get into the gym because the cleaning crew had piled multiple bags of trash in front of the entrance while sifting through them for recyclables. This place in Hawthorne is terrible. I'm here asking for the massage chair/bed. As always, two women are talking. It's 5:30. I got out of bed three times because the #10 they told me about doesn't work and they're here. They didn't give me another bed. They told me they'd come look, and I've been waiting for it for five minutes now. They're rude. Turns out #8 doesn't work either. They should have helpful staff at this place. I think I'll have to cancel all the time. It's the same thing. They don't have good customer service.
