The staff is amazing. A lot of the machines have just been replaced and they're either new or highly functional, it's, it's really being well upkept and I would have to give most of the credit to the nighttime staff as from what I see they do a lot of the cleaning, I can't give them enough credit. They are very patient with me and other customers. I've seen and they make the experience that much better.

I came back 2025 and this place is always dirty, especially weekends. yesterday I couldn't believe that all the disinfecting bottles were all empty. Used to be great now they commit acts of discrimination, breach of contract, violation of privacy, and many more I'm pursuing this legally, since the new GM Alyssa wants to just be rude and not hear what I have to say, also all their numbers online have changed so I've already reported this the federal better Business bureau will continue forward violations of 18 USC 241 42 USC 1985 42 USC 1986 and 42 USC 1983 not including breach of contract and discrimination, oh they have signs saying you can't shave in the bathroom I've ... read more
