Black Card member—very disappointed. Team member (Desirae) would not allow my guest to join me for a massage, even though I’ve never had this issue before. Policies seem to be enforced inconsistently, which is frustrating and unfair. I expect better consistency and customer service. Staff pick and choose who they allow!
Clean basic gym. The price is right. The price was right, not any more. Now for more than you get at EOS you get much much less.
By far one of the cleanest Planet Fitness Ive been to. Staff are always friendly, and positive. The agm and gm here are always on point with cleaness and quick to resolve any issues fast. Im usually there after work and Ive'd had no bad experiences so far.
