I don't understand why there always has to be 4 or more machines not working. My problem is not that they are broken, but that they don't seem to care or try to fix them. you talk to them but they don't even know when it will be fixed and that it might take more than a month. We pay enough money to get them fixed and makes no sense.

Machines not fixed in 2-3 months. I’ve asked and they said it’s because it’s unionized they can’t fix them. Not the staffs fault but it’s taking a toll on its customers. January is the most busy it will be so it’s hard to wait longer for one leg extension machine for Example. Again it’s not the staffs fault.
