Save your time and money, this gym doesn’t clean their equipment, their 5th manger in 2 years thinks he’s more then a store clerk. they don’t cancel memberships so they will continue to take money from you for years after you quit their terrible establishment. Im not worried about the amount that is owed, this is a statement that they cannot and will not get away with running a fraud business. The gym is a great environment with positive vibes and helpful staff who keep the gym running smoothly. I come for a quick workout and enjoy the machines a lot, not looking for anything to build a large workout yet as I am getting back into exercising at the gym instead of using free weights at home. All of the people who use the gym are also nice and keep to themselves, everyone keeps the machines they use clean. Not many options for leg day other than quads and bikes or squats. I’ve been a loyal member of Planet Fitness since day one. Unfortunately, I’ve recently had a very upsetting experience that I feel compelled to share. Someone used my credit card information to pay for their Planet Fitness membership. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they told me that “someone swiped the card in the system,” but they didn’t check ID or verify who was using it. The facilities are dirty and full of dust. Most of the equipment is sticky and gross! I was charged an annual fee even though I was only there for two months,,, seriously, why would anyone need to pay for a whole year when they only used it for a couple of months? On top of that, the manager I spoke to was incredibly rude
