this gym is very poorly maintained. machines are broken, and the ones that do work sounds like they’re about to break making creaking sounds when they’re turned on. in the 30 minute circuit people constantly take machines and just sit there on their phones. plenty of times i saw some dudes do the arm workout for a couple of reps then stop and just be on their phone. i did an hour workout before i wanted to go do the circuit and the same guy was on the same machine even with a sign saying the area is “closely monitored by sta... read more
The gym is really hot despite being in the middle of bakersfield in the heat. Everyone in the gym wants it colder and they have the ability to change it but refuse to. The saddest part is everyone who works out here could get much more fitness out of the time they spent here if the temp was colder. There's a lot of gyms that are cooler clients should switch to without this apathetic staff!
I'm been coming for a while now it's not the best but it's good I'm a teen and it's teen friendly I would love if they added a pool
