Honestly, my experience with Planet Fitness was very disappointing. The staff member we dealt with was rude and showed no interest in customer service or helping us. I just wanted to try the gym for a day or two, but they didn’t give us any opportunity to do so. Even worse, they asked us to pay $21 for only one day. This is unreasonable and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all — they should treat people with more respect and professionalism

The one day I got motivated to do leg day out of all days after a hard day of work here go this girl worker saying you got better shoes never do they ever look at your shoes but I guess as a black male they look at your shoes, to be honest this just ruined my day why outta all days I'm with my friend group and all don't got a phone bill barely able to make it now they decide to enforce this rule so I advise if you go after work make sure not to wear the wrong shoes they look well not really I haven't seen any workers looking... read more
