The gym is ok but the staff is telling me do not wear jeans next time doing workout Ohhh… hello where is the staff when their friends come in slippers and jeans Some even don’t have membership but only fue to friendship they are enjoying working out for free
Its very frustrating I can't cancel my membership online or over the phone. I haven't been to this gym for 6 months and now I am getting extra charges for no reason. I will have to drive from Hamilton to this location just to cancel my membership. Should be way easier to cancel a membership but I assume it is set up this way to prevent people from cancelling. One of my favorite gym , now they added new machines I love it, staff here is the best , friendly and helpful specially Valerie and hermon.
Nice environment, equipment seems to be well maintained.
