Great gym, staff is very friendly and helpful
I wish I can give zero stars. Terrible experience with planet fitness. You can never cancel even when you are going for long vacation. These people have not given any option to cancel in the app or through phone. The staff was very rude to me. When I asked her I want to pause for few months as I have to go to India for few months, she said we have planet fitness world wide. I recently join this gym and I really like they have almost every machine pair of two so you can finish your workout easily but they are missing one Precor lower back stretching machine its really help full for those who dealing with lower back stiffness!!
