The gym is full of young kids who sit on the machines on their phones the entire time. Almost every paper towel holder was empty. The gym was just super crowded and full of teenagers running around using it as a social hour. I came from a different city and this was my first time at this planet fitness. I immediately cancelled my membership. I will be going to a different gym.

clever design: ceiling fans push air downward above the treadmills and strength machines, while the air crashes against half-walls, ensuring the stretching area doesn't have a draft. you can absolutely build a physique here. not enough space for all the niche equipment you'd expect at a 5 star. the biggest problem is not having proper stretching mats. we need the smooth-surfaced mats too, so our socks can slide. we also don't have enough of the rubber mats it seems like only 3 in total
