I love the place , it is just busy sometimes
On August 7, 2025, I visited the gym for the first time. The receptionist informed me that I was eligible for a one-time free day pass. However, due to server issues, I was told that I would not be able to get the day pass at all. I then decided to sign up for a PF Black Card membership. Title: Disappointing Experience at Planet Fitness - Rude Staff and Limited Access I visited Planet Fitness with friends at night last week using a free one-day pass. The experience was awful due to one of the night staff members. He was super rude to us and wouldn't let us use or even check out other amenities like the massage chair.
