This planet fitness is lacking in equipment. They have no barbells, no bench press, no squat racks. You will find yourself waiting for the machine you want to use, and they are often out of order. Half of the employees sit on their phone at the front, never bothering to pay any attention to what goes on. Best locker room out of all the Planet Fitness
The only reason I come here because of the location close to home. But there should be improvements to customer service The gym is okay but there’s no customer service whatsoever. Shame on them for making the process so difficult and unconvincing due to their inability to deliver the service the customers deserve.
