I want to say thank you Steven at the Planet Fitness of Naugatuck for the excellent costumer service, I almost changed gym because of a rude employee, but Steven politely answered all my questions. Great job Steave! 5stars for you.
getting rid of a ton of machines (and not replacing them with similar ones) in the renovation was not wise.
Clean gym with new equipment and friendly staff
So, I live in Seymour so I go to the derby location, but I was out in the naugatuck area so I decided to try that location for a day.. I will say, it is very well put together, it is clean, enough equipment to not have to wait, the staff is friendly, and I just feel more at home than I do at my own location in derby.. it's worth the extra few minutes drive and I will be back!
