The gym itself is clean, and the staff does a good job keeping it that way. All of the equipment works well, and even during rush hour the crowd is manageable. Parking is plentiful since it’s located in a mall, which is convenient. The main downside is the showers. The water was only lukewarm, and I tried all four with the same result. A nice place to workout -- when it's not too busy which is seldom. Sunday's are probably the least busy. The workout machines are adequate but aged; many are equipped with rep counters and timers but they aren't regularly serviced such as simply replacing batteries for the counters and timers to work. There are probably 3x more aerobic exercise machines than weights machines or barbells. I no longer feel comfortable going to this gym due to an interaction with an employee named Gustavo. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable, which is disappointing because I expect a gym to be a safe and welcoming environment for all members. I hope management takes concerns like this seriously and works to ensure members feel respected and at ease while working out.

Coldest god damn showers on purple planet. Men with black cards your money won't buy hot water here ever. The attitude is no problem, broken faucets is the new norm. Out of touch management.
