The PF associate was rude, and made it appear as I was bothering him by intruding on his phone time. I asked him 4x what the msg on the treadmill was - enter IDx. He acted as though I was an idiot, told me - uh just press the big green button that has GO on it. I told him, I am not inquiring on how to start the machine, I am inquiring about the msg about IDx. I never got an answer and frustrated with the disrespect and unprofessionalism I just did my work out 7/4/26 @ the Greeley CO location and lleft.
I am a Black Card. I had the worst experience with one of the Employee on 7/4/26. I was asking about the xID and he told me to press the big green button. Not what I was asking about but he was very rude.
Jake is a fantastic manager who runs a super clean facility. I moved recently and had to call him up to transfer me to a new Planet Fitness and he made it so incredibly easy over the phone!
Wiping mirrors, glass doors and windows are definitely not a priority at this location, they are filthy! Also, people have no consideration for others trying to use equipment as they sit and play on their phones scrolling SM like they were chillen at a park bench! Not a big gym either. They have more equipment for cardio.
