It's okay. Staff is hit or miss. That dude jake has no filter, pretty rude
I had an uncomfortable experience with a staff member today. A worker was cleaning one of the machines while I was waiting to use it. When I tried to approach the machine, she reacted in a very irritated way and told me to wait. I immediately respected that and later even apologized, but she completely ignored me. Good customer service matters, especially in a gym where people come to focus on their workouts. A simple acknowledgment like “it’s okay” or “no problem” would have been the professional thing to do. I have always liked the gym but my most recent experience tonight was very disappointing only due to the fact that the evening desk attendant was very rude and condescending when checking in my guest. Definitely enjoy my "Morning crew" a lot more. Other than that, it was fine but this young man definitely left a bad impression of what is ls generally a very welcoming environment. Boo hiss to him!!
