Disgusted with the employee staff behavior. Employees are following customers to bathroom about a billing issues. The reception girl upfront was laughing about the situation. I will never return again. Uncomfortable experience.
Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Gym is clean and equipment is in good shape. A tremendous value for the money.
no excuse to be closed so early on the weekend. as a black card member i find it appalling to not have access any later than 7 pm
