Worst customer service ever. I paid $74 for my 14 year old daughter to have a membership on 8/17/25 (6 weeks ago) and I was charged another $60 for the yearly fee yesterday, 10/1. Not one person stated this was going to happen back in August. I called to cancel the membership due to the cost and lack of transparency, and they refuse to reimburse the yearly fee.
