Had a fantastic workout at this Planet Fitness! The facility is spotless, the equipment is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is really welcoming. It’s a great place for a stress-free workout.
Unauthorized Withdrawal & Violation of Stop-Payment Order! I am filing this formal complaint regarding Planet Fitness (Saratoga Springs/Wilton Mall)for predatory billing practices and unauthorized electronic fund transfers. I officially cancelled my membership on April 4th 2026 due to unauthorized withdrawal from my account. I have a physical cancellation receipt as proof. I have been coming to this Planet Fitness for about a year now and have received mostly satisfactory customer service. On Monday morning I went in and was assisted by Ivette. She provided me with stellar service that made me want to leave a review. Thanks Ivette for your positive attitude and hard work, going out of your way to make way visit a pleasant one!!

I love Planet Fitness. The staff is great Calvin, Yvette, Sam. I would give the Saratoga Planet Fitness 5 stars except for a few issues that I believe are easily fixed. They need to be open longer on the weekend, too many out-of-orders (toilets, machines, massage equipment), the inside of lockers in the Men's Locker Room are dirty and the ventilation in the Men's Locker is bad. If someone has to use a stall it smells up the entire Men's Locker Room. I am looking forward to changing my review to 5 stars.
