I don't really have any complaints about the 71st location except for I have caught homeless people several times looking into or trying to get into my vehicle! I go to other locations sometimes but mainly this one because it is closest to my apartment! Most of the time it's busy but I like it better when there is hardly anybody there! Those message chairs are awesome too but I think the best thing about it is that the ladies that work there are pretty good looking gals!

I’m a regular here and have a black card membership. I had one bike get stolen outside and so I bought another bike and a lock someone tried to cut my lock and was yanking on my handlebars ended up bending my handlebars and breaking my break lever I spoke to management and they could’ve cared less told me they weren’t gonna even look at cameras until I had filed a police report and so I tried putting my bike inside out of the way which I was also told I couldn’t. This gym doesn't care about its members.
