BEFORE YOU JOIN READ ALL THE REVIEWS FROM LAST 7 MONTHS!!....Absolutely THE WORST gym in the Russellville area, if you are the least bit serious about fitness or getting in shape, this DEFINITELY not the gym you want to be at. Horrible limited hours makes for a constantly dirty and overcrowded gym. The management was once pretty good, but around 6 months ago new management was brought in, and is now essentially ran by teenagers who not only have no earthly clue how to run a gym, but also look as they have never touched a pie... read more
