I go almost every day . Do treadmill and bike. Now need to start lite weight lifting . Love going so close to home for theapy instead of driving to v.a.
Wonderful staff and awesome place..very clean ,well maintained equipment ..even though I'm not a so called gym rat or body builder I didn't feel out of place at all
