No complaints until I had to transfer. Its kinda complicated, but I called 4 times & no one could give me an answer on how to do it. I finally went in & they told me to go to the other one. I had the new one call for me again to check so I wouldn’t waste another trip & they said valley told them I was good to go, I just had to go to the new one & sign the agreements again & get a new card.
