Had the same exact problem as the other person with root canals and crowns. They did all the root canals before getting the approval of crowns. (3 of 5 were approved. I didn't really explain the repercussions of not capping it, and didn't even tell me I should pay them to have them capped. I knew nothing of dentistry at the time (I could become one now with all I know now!) I am not even sure they should have done a root canal at all on the front.
