I recently had a service appointment at Planet Jeep. Our 2025 Gr. Cherokee L had one recall that was completed. We also had an oil change and state inspection completed as well. Although we left the vehicle the night before, we received notification that our Jeep was finished approximately at 9:30 a.m. The service advisors were very helpful when booking our appointment. We are very happy with the service department. Kudos to all in Franklin! This is our 4 th Jeep Grand Cherokee since 1998. Thanks for keeping us safe:)

I spoke with Rob over the phone before visiting Planet Jeep, and even then, I wasn’t thrilled with how the conversation went. He didn’t really listen to what I was saying or seem interested in answering my questions. Still, I gave the benefit of the doubt and decided to come in person to give the dealership another shot.
