After working at a car dealership for 13 years, all I can say is WOW!! My salesman Dustin Hebe was beyond amazing! He was the most knowledgeable person that I have ever talked to about Jeeps. Our Jeep ran into trouble 1400 miles from home, and these guys took good care of us. They knew we were traveling, and got the needed parts and got us back on the road in time to make our next travel destination right on schedule. I had been happy the first couple times I used their service department for an oil change and tire rotation but this last time I'm a little peeved. A couple weeks ago I was in for another oil change and I again asked for and paid for a five-wheel rotation (Wrangler, spare tire). However, I just noticed that I actually didn't get a five-wheel rotation like I was told. I know this because the spare was and still is the only wheel that has the center cap oriented directly up. Steel was helpful and super patient when purchasing our 2016 Jeep Patriot. He's now helped us with 2 purchases in the past 8 months. Everything worked out great between our trade and purchase. I waited a couple weeks to write a review but Planet is by far my favorite dealership in town. They have created such a homey little environment there and make the buying process as simple as it can be in the car business.
