I bought a 2018 Certified used car the day after Christmas 2018 that had about 17000 miles in it. I had it 21 days before the “auto start/stop” indicator came on stating that system was unavailable. I took it in to have them service department take a look. The problems vary slightly but all keep going back to that same system malfunctioning. It has been in about 9-11 times since that day and I have only had the vehicle in my possession for 44 out of 107 days since I have owned it! They obviously do not know how to fix things... read more

Just purchased a 2011 Toyota Tacoma and Brian Ward was very helpful and worked hard to answer all my questions and to give me a fair deal. Thank you Brian! In addition Weston Foster in the finance department provided me with clear choices when it came to options on how to pay for the vehicle.

Better service department. Service techs are rude and don’t do their job but charge like they do
Last two hunting trips to AZ I've had brake problems on my Dodge Ram. This last time special thanks to Diego for getting me in and back on the road. Means a lot to an out of state hunter to be able to rely on a dealership.

I spent 5 hours there picked a car and a payment they said yes and then backed out and made payment change after telling me yes. My salesman was awesome though.
Poor customer service and rude and insolent people at their service desks. Needed emergency assistance on a clutch they sent me over to the VW dealer that's not what I call good service at least the VW people were beneficial and helpful to get me home safely
Came in to buy a new Cherokee, spent many hours there. The staff is very nice but they don’t seem to be willing to go the extra mile to get the sale done. They changed the offer on the vehicle I was interested in 3 times, the last time the price went up. So I’m a bit iffy about going back with my credit union approval.
