I have spent quite a bit of money at this location and purchase a lot of cosmetics and skincare products. Each time I go to this location I have to seek out assistance from an associate who acts like they can’t be bothered with me until I end up spending +$400. On my last visit I needed to replenish my products but wanted to exchange one unopened untouched cream, for other items that I would use. Went into the Westlake location and Natasha was so nice and informative on various products. I was really shocked by her product knowledge but mostly appreciated her great customer service!
Went to this location in Westlake for the first time. It’s super clean and organized. Natasha was working and was delightful. She was all smiles, upbeat, helpful and kind. She knows her product lines really well which I really appreciated! I will be back again!
