Dirty equipment. The owner gives you a “discount” on memberships if you leave him a 5 star review. That’s the only reason why this place has any good reviews. Don’t sign a contract for any type of membership. If you need to come here, pay by individual service option. Beware they will try to sell you watered down collagen enhancing products and misquote scientific evidence behind the mechanisms their of action. Extremely rude!!! Steals your money after cancellation and doesn’t want to provide an explanation. Please don’t go to this place!!! They take advantage of their customers, they lie, cheat, and steal.

Hi Tori, I am sorry for the confusion, I have reviewed your membership agreement and it appears that the account is still active. I have found four freeze forms attached to your membership with the dates beginning on 12/31/15, 1/26/16, 3/31/16, and ending on 4/30/16. There has not been a cancellation. As we discussed when you signed up, you have to sign a cancel form with a 30 day notice, not a freeze form. When we spoke you decided to freeze your account instead of cancel.
