Love everything about this place. The hot worx classes are amazing and you're guaranteed to leave having worked up a good sweat and feeling incredible. Sam is a sweetheart, so accommodating and makes you feel very welcome!

Poor business practices ! Went to cancel my contract before monthly fee was deducted from account and the business was not open. Went back the following day and Samantha (director) ever so condescendingly announced, “ You signed a contract and no refunds would be granted. She quickly stated I have to pay $ 99 term fee Thai term the membership and stop automatic deduction.” Don’t waste your time with this business. Much better businesses out that that would like to keep their customers.
I’ve been a member for over a year. Signed a 24 month contract, which I did online and had no idea it was for 24 months. My membership fees are $49.99 a month and I would assume that means for 24 months. Go in today to spray and they told me it will be an additional $10 each time because the solution price has increased. Now, since I signed a contract for 24 months, shouldn’t they have to honor that price until the contract expires? They expect me to honor the contract.
Planet Beach totally blew my mind today! Went to the free spa day and was overall SATISFIED. Friendly crew and very in depth machines to totally relax you and better your day! Couldn’t even leave the parking lot without writing this review! Just wonderful experience all together
