I worked at Planet Beach for only two weeks because the owner is a liar and so is the store manager. When I was hired I was told I would work 30 hours a week and I end up working maybe 15 if I was lucky. I would drive over 18 miles to work to get there and work 2 hours then be told to clock out and do some services. Then clock back in two or three hours later when I was needed again. HORRIBLE PLACE NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!!! – I have been going to planet beach for quite some time but it feels as if I am going to a new salon everytime I walk in due to the high rate of employee turnovers. There is nothing more irritating to have a new person struggle with you and make you wait forever. I mean.. every once in awhile its fine - but its to the point where I am explaining to the employee how to do their job. Good Pricing, Great Customer Service – Planet Beach Roseville is great, their package pricing is great and their memberships are an awesome value. I am an Elite Spa member, so I get to use all the tanning beds, the Mystic, the massage bed and the Hydration Station as much as I want for a low monthly amount, way cheaper than the Day Spa. Their staff really knows the equipment, they always recommend just the right tanning times for me and let me know when a new lotion comes in. Great customer service – I highly recommend going to Planet Beach in Roseville. They have exceptional customer service and great quality beds and spa equipment. All of the employees are very knowledgeable. I enjoy going in after work and relaxing. The environment is very inviting.
