Hi Tori, I am sorry for the confusion, I have reviewed your membership agreement and it appears that the account is still active. I have found four freeze forms attached to your membership with the dates beginning on 12/31/15, 1/26/16, 3/31/16, and ending on 4/30/16. There has not been a cancellation. This is such a great concept for a spa! The people here are super nice, and the prices simply cannot be beat! The Hydro Massage bed was so relaxing, and the Mystic Spray Tan I got looks so natural and beautiful!

Love love love all the workers there! They got a new spray tan machine and I highly recommend everyone to try it! Everyone is so helpful and sweet! It’s a very welcoming environment that I enjoy every time I come in.!
