I have been a Client at Planet Beach for years. I have always had a great experience while there and Alison was always a lovely person. She made sure I was always happy, It became a place i loved to go, along with getting time to chat with Alison. She became a great friend.. I am going to miss coming here. I wish Alison the best in her new venture. It was my pleasure to get to know such a great person.

Have been a client for over a year. Checked reviews, as I do for everything, to educate myself on cleanliness and value. Tried first service free and loved it. It is super clean, owner actually works there daily and keeps it immaculate. She is organized and offers alternatives so there there is rarely a wait. As I travel/work in dry climate, I love the hydration and red light beds. The owner makes sure to offer me the best deals on her monthly specials/packages. Michelle Love, This is a wonderful place! I wish it wasn’t closing down. I’ve been coming here for over 2 1/2 years. They have the best customer service and that’s the reason I’ve come back for so many years. The facility is clean and a great upbeat environment. I guess you were having a bad day. But don’t take it out on others especially a small business owner.
