This place has definitely changed. I’ve been coming here for years for my oil change and rotation of tires on my 2017 fiat. Before I left I noticed no wiper fluid was out nor air in my tires. Mind you I had a 3 1/2 hr wait. I hope they did rotate my tires since I did pay for it
This is beyond ridiculous. I had my car taken in Tuesday, October 7th, it is now November 7th. A WHOLE MONTH, without a car, with out a loaner. I'm tired of calling every other week to check on the status of my car. I've called you guys a total of 12 times since October 7th, 2025. I was able to get a hold of my service person on October 30th since no reply from him October 16th. I called and called and spoke with Ozzy and he was the only one who actually seemed to care. My car’s been at Bomnin since July , over three months now. They gave me a loaner, which is fine, but the communication has been awful. I always have to call for updates, and when I do, my service advisor says he’ll call me back but never does. For months, I kept hearing “the part will be in by the end of the week,” but every week it turned into another excuse and another part supposedly on the way. Nothing they’ve told me has been true and the lack of honesty and follow through has been extremely frustrating.
I came to the Alfa Romeo Doral service center with trunk issues after being told I could visit any Alfa Romeo location. First thing I did was ask a man sitting outside if he was aware of any known trunk problems, since many people online had reported the same. He quickly brushed me off to service and said it would be a 20-minute fix.
