I leased a Tonale from this dealership less than a year ago and have already had to bring it in for service multiple times. Each visit has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The service department is nearly impossible to reach. Calls go unanswered, voicemails are ignored, and text messages receive no reply. Bomnin completely wasted my time and they are dishonest. I wanted to purchase a vehicle they had advertised. I was totally upfront about being an out of state buyer. They indicated several times that was no problem and that they would work with me. However, multiple sales people over multiple days gave me the run around.
