Kelly did an excellent job piercing my daughter's ears. He has a chill vibe and was precise and quick. I saw some reviews state that he's located upstairs, but he's on the ground floor. Easy to locate. Highly recommend.
My husband and I happened upon this shop accidentally while having coffee this afternoon. I was wanting to change out my septum ring for a more discreet size, so we wandered in. Kelly at Plan9piercing was fantastic! His shop is beautiful, cool, and incredibly clean. He professionally pierced my 13-year-old daughter's ears and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. Kelly is one of, if not the best piercer in town! He's a phenomenal guy, just looks a bit intimidating. I've followed him all over the Vegas valley, but the new shop on Water St is his best stomping ground for sure! The decor gives almost a museum vibe that has many stories to tell, it also gives a good distraction when you're getting worked on. He offers very good deals for piercings & has a wide selection of jewelry to choose from.
I’ve been to Kelly a few times! Twice for myself and three times for family and friends! Kelly does amazing work and his shop atmosphere is unlike any other shop I’ve been to in Vegas! His work is quick and easy, I would definitely recommend anyone to come to Kelly if you’re looking for a piercing!
