Not Recommended – Plan Be is a nice hair salon overall. Krissy is a fairly talented hairdresser but with bad attitude issues. Customer service is NOT in her dictionary. I had recommend her to my friends and coworkers in the past but will not continue to do so. In the last year or so, every time I went to get my hair done with Krissy, I encountered very rude attitude when asking her to do something a little different (e.g. adding more highlights). Bad experience. – I asked for blonde highlights, I got orange tinting all over. When I questioned my stylist she told me it was just the lighting that made my hair look that way. I can forgive a stylist for messing up, provided they offer to fix it immediately. But when a stylist denies a botched job, well, that's really not cool. I think I had a junior stylist, the others seemed more competent.
