We've been renting from these people for 5 or 6 years. They will not fix the damn ac. That said, they put up with us during COVID when we paid our rent late every month. The few times we butt nekkid needed emergency maintenance they made it happen. For us they are definitely 5 stars.

My husband & myself we're independent contractors & we did worked on the properties for Vince Brown for 5 years. We also rented from Vince Brown the entire time we worked for him. Vince Brown is a good honest Christian man.
Somewhere between slow to unresponsive to property owner when requesting for Schedule E for taxes. I need to know how much was property manager fees, maintenance, repairs, improvements, cleaning and/or utilities for h&r block. I am stationed overseas and they won’t answer phone calls, texts, or emails. This is every year. I am going to have to find a new management company.
